Data Deletion Request

SkillzDunya respects your right to control your personal data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We process all requests within 30 days.
1. What Data We Hold About You
When you create an account or sign in via Google or Facebook, SkillzDunya may store the following:
- Name and email address (from your social login or registration)
- Profile photo URL (from Google / Facebook, if provided)
- Saved jobs list
- Job alert subscriptions
- Account preferences and settings
- Login timestamps and session data
We do not store your Google or Facebook password. We do not store payment information.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You have three ways to request deletion of your data:
Delete from Account Settings (Fastest)
Log in to your SkillzDunya account → Go to Account Settings → Click "Delete My Account". Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Email Request
Send an email to privacy@skillzdunya.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days and send you confirmation.
Contact Form
Use our Contact Page — select "Data Deletion Request" as the subject and provide your registered email. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
3. What Gets Deleted
Upon a confirmed deletion request, we permanently remove:
- ✅ Your account (name, email, profile photo)
- ✅ All saved jobs
- ✅ All job alert subscriptions
- ✅ Login history and session data
- ✅ Any messages sent through our contact form
- ✅ All account preferences
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. If you wish to use SkillzDunya again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
4. Facebook Login Users
If you signed in using Facebook, SkillzDunya only received your name, email address, and public profile photo from Facebook at the time of login. We do not have access to your Facebook friends, posts, or any other Facebook data.
To revoke SkillzDunya's access from Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find SkillzDunya and click Remove
- Then submit a deletion request here or via email as described above
5. Processing Timeline
