Inspector/Officer ke liye FA/FSc minimum, BA/BSc preferred. Written test, physical test, medical test qualify karna. Age limit 18-30 years. Applications NTS/OTS ke zariye submit hoti hain.
PIA mein salary aur benefits kya hain?

Identify Correct Category
PIA recruits for: (1) Cabin Crew — separate application with height/weight/appearance criteria, (2) Engineers/Technicians — CAAC licence required, (3) Management/Administrative staff — through FPSC or direct recruitment, (4) Ground Operations — physical fitness required.

Apply at piac.com.pk/careers. Create account, upload updated CV, CNIC, educational certificates, and photograph. For technical posts, upload relevant licences (CAAC, AME) and experience certificates.
Written Test / Aptitude
PIA conducts written tests for most positions through NTS or internally. Cabin crew tests include: English proficiency, general knowledge, and personality assessment. Technical tests cover aviation-specific knowledge.
Physical & Medical Assessment
Cabin crew must meet PIA's height (minimum 5'2" for females, 5'6" for males), weight (proportionate to height), and vision standards. A full medical examination is conducted at PIA's medical centre in Karachi.
Interview Panel
Shortlisted candidates appear before an interview panel including HR, department head, and senior management. Cabin crew interviews test communication skills, service attitude, and situational judgment.
Training & Joining
Selected candidates undergo PIA's training programme at PIA Training Centre (PTC) in Karachi. Cabin crew complete 6–8 weeks of safety, service, and emergency procedures training before their first flight.
